• JSacramento St & University Ave · 0.5 mi. Boards on Sacramento St (stop 55998). First stop on the line, so you'll always get a seat.
• FSUniversity Ave & Sacramento St · 0.5 mi. Same corner as the J, boarding on University Ave westbound (stop 55722): the same distance as Shattuck & Cedar without the climb. The bus comes down Shattuck from Solano & Colusa and passes Shattuck & Cedar at 6:19 and 8:01; Sacramento isn't a timepoint, so its times are estimates, marked ~. Be there a couple of minutes early. Only two trips a morning.
• GSan Pablo Ave & Cedar St · 0.9 mi. Stop 59600. Not a timepoint, so its times are estimates, marked ~. Give it two extra minutes.
• BARTNorth Berkeley BART · 0.35 mi. Red line trains go direct to Montgomery; the board also lists Orange trains with a cross-platform change when they get you in sooner than waiting for the next Red. Montgomery to the tower is a 5-minute walk.

Evening trips leave the Salesforce Transit Center (J from Bay 35, FS from Bay 10, G from Bay 12) and BART from Montgomery St. Arrival is the closest stop to home (the FS drops you at University & Sacramento eastbound, stop 56667); ~ marks stops that aren't timepoints, where the time is an estimate.

J, FS and G are express lines with no local riders and no weekend or holiday service. Mornings leave out bus trips longer than 37 minutes. Distances are straight-line from home.
